Responsibilities with the Project Team
- Harmonize project strategy, considering financial aspects, stakeholders, global execution and subcontracting
- Managing relationship with client on Project Manager level
- Managing relationship with stakeholders (key suppliers and partners)
- Settling any problems with clients and/or suppliers after consultation with PM NL
- Support project manager/team NL in scope, budget, time, risk and quality of the project
- Manage Client and stakeholder relation and satisfaction
- Adequate knowledge level and skills to address current and future project and market demands
- Define project strategy, considering financial aspects, stakeholders, global execution and
subcontracting
Tasks
- Informs client on project status and progress
- Act as an escalation level in project team and settlement of disputes with clients, suppliers
and stakeholders
- Facilitate project team decisions beyond project team scope
- Ensure that the client is informed on project status and progress
- Gathering of feedback and client satisfaction on project performance. Ensures that feedback is shared with project team and proper action is taken
- Act as our representative together with PM NL to end client and stakeholders
- Informing the internal organization on current state of projects executed at subcontractor.
