The QA Completions Technician will report to the site CONTRACTOR Construction Manager. The QA completions technician is to Lead, direct and supervise a team of discipline Engineers, Sub Contractors, other Contractors, vendor representatives in
carrying out Completion and Handover, commissioning of Telecoms systems in conformance with the client's needs
and HSSE standards.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Identification of sub-system limits and updating of limits in line with the latest version of P&IDs and SLDs. Population
of the completions management database in line with the applicable project procedures and latest design data.
Completion of data downloads and verification of data on completion of imports. Production of field test reports and
liaison with Construction and Commissioning personnel to ensure correct completion of these.
Day to day operation and control of the mechanical completion handover and System Handover packages in line with agreed system handover schedule to Operations. Ensuring mechanical completion data, documentation and handover are in accordance with project procedures. Adherence to all applicable site/project safety procedures and active
participation in all company/project safety initiatives. Status reporting of completions progress as required by the
project.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Telecom, Electronic or Electrical Engineering Professional with at least 10 years’ experience in Construction and Commissioning of a major Project within the Oil & Gas sector, with 2 years in Completions and 2 years in QA/QC
Experienced in multi-cultural work environments and able to work under pressure, approach problems objectively
and analytically for quick resolution
Ability to communicate with colleagues, Client & contractors at all levels
Ability to drive team members to meet and exceed project / client expectations
Prior experience on CUSTOMER GoC and Jacobs JPI a must
Knowledge of CAD an advantage
